Lisa Brauer   Marriage and Family Therapist   Lisa is a psychotherapist, child development specialist, LAVC professor, and proud grandma! She is committed to supporting families. In addition to facilitating our Infant and Toddler Playgroups, Lisa also hosts a parenting class, stress-reduction, and special needs workshops for our student and workforce parents, as well as community families.

Amber Angel    Trainer/Presenter   Amber is passionate about student parent success and is an advocate for higher education support initiatives for underserved populations. Amber is a proud mom of two young girls who visit the FRC so much they already feel like college students. Amber graduates in May 2019 at CSUN with a BS in Family Studies.

Pam Fisher Student Worker   Pam (or Miss Pam if you know her!) is a proud lifelong learner. At the FRC she assists playgroup interns in setting up developmentally appropriate environments. She is passionate about supporting high school students and playgroup families. Pam is studying for a Business Degree at LAVC and is currently expecting her second grandchild!

Reycha Webb   Trainer/Presenter   Reycha has a B.S. in Psychology and Social Action. She is passionate about and committed to supporting children and families with accessing resources to get their needs met. Reycha is a proud parent of two children and has over 15 years of versatile experience in supporting and serving children, families, and communities.

Luma Haddad Resource Counselor   Luma, a first-generation college graduate, is a product of LA's community college system. Her commitment to community justice deepened after transferring to UC Berkeley and continued through her graduate studies in social work. Past work includes teaching in public schools, advocating for youth in the juvenile justice system, and empowering homeless families.
